How do I get to Smile Connections from Alphington?

Do you make mouthguards for junior sport?
Yes. We take a mould of your child's teeth and make a custom mouthguard to fit. It's worth booking a few weeks before the season starts.
My child knocked out a tooth. What should I do?
For an adult tooth, hold it by the crown, not the root, rinse it gently and try to put it back in place, or keep it in milk. Call us straight away on (03) 9499 1130. Don't try to put a baby tooth back in.
Can my children be seen under the CDBS?
If they're eligible, yes. Services Australia decides eligibility and balances, so check with them first and let us know when you book.
Do you have evening appointments?
We're open until 7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Those times are popular with families, so booking ahead helps.

Your first visit is a 75-minute check-up and clean for $259, including an exam, any X-rays you need and a scale and polish. Health fund rebates depend on your cover.
